PW40 HMS are professional exercise bars used for a workout with the weight of one’s own body. They are also often used in CrossFit training.
The equipment enables performance of various types of exercises such as push-ups, dips or handstand. The bars will provide perfect workout diversity in each sport discipline. We do not need additional weights to exercise with PW40. We only need to overcome the drag of our body. The absence of additional loads means that the tool will be great for training of the youngest sport fans.
Regular training with PW40 will improve our strength, endurance, motor coordination and strengthen our posture muscles and develop our sense of balance.
