LS3859 HMS is a bench designed for training with a barbell. There are two separate parts of the set: bench and a bar rack. The advantage of this bench is very comfortable seat with 6 levels of back adjustment – incline to decline. LS3859 comes with height adjustable bar racks and leg unit with thick foam rollers. You can improve the effectiveness of your workout thanks to added preacher pad. All together make a great device for exercising upper and lower body parts, eg. chest exercises, leg extensions and leg curl workouts. The bench is made of high quality materials that provide safe and satisfying training.
