PS01 HMS is a balance cushion designed to improve stability, balance and coordination. It can be used for rehabilitation purposes.

The cushion is made of a high-quality material which provides comfort and safety of use. A non-slip surface additionally stabilizes the device.

Apart from improving coordination and balance, the cushion helps activate and strengthen core muscles, which is especially important for people leading a sedentary lifestyle. Due to stimulation of abdominal and back muscles, it reduces stress on the lumbar region and forces good posture.

The surface of PS01 is covered with pressure nubs which stimulate and ease blood circulation. In addition, they help release tension in foot muscles and therefore working out barefoot gives best results.
