DC30 HMS is a bar connected with rubbers, thanks to which we can perform a whole range of exercises. A lightweight device for versatile use. It can replace thera band rubbers, with the difference that it will be more convenient to use. It will work in any type of training or rehabilitation. 

You can use the DC30 to train both the upper and lower muscles. It will find its application at every level of the exercising person. With its help, you will also perform exercises that increase mobility, range of motion in the joints and motor coordination.

The exercises can be performed by putting on elastic bands on the feet and making movements with a bar, or vice versa, holding the bar with your legs and stretching the bands.
