RESISTANCE STRAP SET PROUD is a convenient expander consisting of a stretch tape and two handles with clamps enabling smooth length adjustment.

Handles with comfortable plastic handles fit well in the hand and provide a proper grip, which increases the comfort of training with the tape. The connection of the handles with the tape by means of clamps ensures easy and quick adjustment and a firm grip on the tape. Thanks to this solution, the expander can be easily adapted to various applications and to the individual dimensions of the exerciser. The 200 cm long tape is very versatile, it will work in many different types of exercises.

The expander comes in three versions of resistance, marked with colors. This allows you to choose the right equipment for the desired intensity. Expanders are sold individually or in an attractive set.

Product use: Upper house muscle training. Depending on the advancement of the exerciser and the resistance of the tape, the expanders will prove themselves in strength training, functional and interval training, warm-up and rehabilitation.
