EXM30 ONE FITNESS - is a device for exercising the upper muscles. It consists of five springs, which are attached with hooks to two holders made of durable plastic. The moving parts of the EXM30 are made of steel. The material has increased tensile strength.The resistance force is adjusted by installing the appropriate number of springs.

The device is an effective way of strengthening and slimming the arms, chest, abdomen, back and pelvis. The expander can be used for general development and rehabilitation exercises.
